    What information do I need to provide to sign up to offer LendingPoint Pay?

    To apply, LendingPoint will need information about you and your business (including business partners). You can view details in the merchant onboarding application.

    How does the customer apply?
    The customer will scan the QR code to access the LendingPoint Pay application on their mobile device, or you can send them an SMS or email through your LendingPoint Business Portal with a link to apply.
    How do I access the QR code?
    Download and print the QR code from the LendingPoint Business Portal under the “Marketing” tab. You can also access the “Invite to Apply” button located on the left side menu bar in the portal to generate an SMS or email with a link to the online application that you can send to the customer.
    Where do I place the QR code?
    Please display the QR code in a prominent area where customers can easily access the application at the point of sale.
    How do I accept LendingPoint Pay as a form of payment?
    The customer will share their digital card number and details with you to manually enter for payment. You will process the digital card the same way you process credit cards.
    How do I know if the customer has been approved for LendingPoint Pay?
    You can find real-time loan status information under the “Customers” section in the LendingPoint Business Portal.
    How long does it take for the customer to have access to their LendingPoint Pay loan?
    Once approved, customers can instantly access funds using their LendingPoint Pay digital card.
    How soon will it take for me to receive the funds from the time of purchase?
    The LendingPoint Pay digital card is processed the same as a credit card, so your receipt of funds will depend on your current batch process with your payment processor.
    How do I see how many transactions have been approved?
    Our Business Portal is designed for real-time transactions. The “Point of Sale” and “Customers” tabs give a more detailed view of individual transactions. To learn more about using the Business Portal, please review the training video in the “Support” tab.
