You understand and agree that you are authorizing LendingPoint to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion and Experian. You also authorize LendingPoint to verify information in your application by contacting third parties to verify and share such information. You authorize LendingPoint to use your consumer reports to authenticate your identity, to make credit decisions, and for other related purposes, including marketing, refinancing, or other product offerings.

You expressly authorize LendingPoint and its affiliates, to share among them any of the transaction history related to financial products or services provided by or through LendingPoint or serviced by LendingPoint for the purpose of evaluating you for credit.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

In the example provided, the total financed amount is increased to receive the full requested loan amount after the origination fee is deducted. The total amount due is the total amount of the loan you will have paid after you have made all payments as scheduled.
