    LendingPoint Pay is a term loan that’s accessed through a digital card you use to pay for purchases at the participating merchant.
    How do I start my application?

    You have two options:

    1. Scan the QR code provided by the merchant to access the LendingPoint Pay application
    2. Apply through the link provided to you by the merchant

    Both ways are simple and fast.

    How do I activate my LendingPoint Pay digital card?

    It will activate the first time you use it for a purchase. You have 30 days from the time your loan is approved to make your first purchase. If the digital card is not used in the first 30 days, the card will expire.

    Where can I access my LendingPoint Pay digital card and track my available balance and purchases?
    Download the LendingPoint app: It’s the easiest way to access your digital card, see your loan balance, view purchase and payment history, make payments, and track returns.
    How do I use my contactless LendingPoint Pay digital card?
    To make a purchase, show the merchant your LendingPoint Pay digital card. They will process it the same way as a credit card transaction. The digital card is available in the LendingPoint app once your loan is approved.
    When is my digital card ready for use?
    Upon loan approval, your digital card will be available immediately to pay for your purchase. For future purchases at the same merchant, use the LendingPoint app to view and present your digital card for payment.
    Where can I use my LendingPoint Pay digital card?
    Your digital card can be used at the merchant where you applied for LendingPoint Pay.
    How do I dispute a purchase or report a transaction I do not recognize?

    You can dispute a purchase by contacting the merchant or calling a LendingPoint Support Representative at (844)730-6188.

    Are there any fees to use LendingPoint Pay?
    A 3% transaction fee is applied to all purchases. After your 90-day promotional period, interest will accrue on your outstanding principal amount.

    Will it affect my credit to view my LendingPoint Pay loan options?

    To view your loan options, only a soft pull is conducted which will not affect your personal credit score.

    Where can I access my past purchases and/or returns?
    Download the LendingPoint app – it’s the easiest way to access your digital card, see your loan balance, view purchase and payment history, make payments, and track returns.
    What happens when the 90-day promotional period ends?
    Any remaining loan balance over $250 after your 90-day promotional period ends will convert into a fixed payment with no prepayment penalty loan. Any loan balance less than $250 will be due in full on your next payment date following the promotional period end date.
