Who is LendingPoint?

LendingPoint operates an online loan platform that connects borrowers with financing solutions from different lenders.

Does applying impact my credit score?

Applying to see if you are pre-qualified for financing through LendingPoint has no impact to your credit score. Before final approval, LendingPoint will conduct a credit inquiry that will impact your credit score.

What is the virtual card?

The virtual card is what you use to access loan funds to make a purchase. If you are approved for a loan, you will receive a virtual card number that can be used to pay your preferred provider for treatment. The amount that you spend using the virtual card will establish the amount of your loan.

Am I able to add a co-signer to my loan application?

No, co-signers cannot be added to loan applications.

How do I know my loan amount?

Your loan amount will equal the amount that you spend using your virtual card to pay your preferred provider for treatment.

Can I use my loan to pay for full or partial treatment cost?

Yes, you can use the loan to cover as much of your treatment as you want. Minimum loan amount is $500.

How do I use the virtual card?

When it's time to supply a payment method for your treatment, provide the office staff member with the virtual card number that they can manually key into their credit card processing system. So simple!

Can I use the virtual card to pay for treatments within my Invisalign® treatment plan, like teeth whitening or restorative work?

Yes, the virtual card can be used to pay for services and treatments and your Invisalign® treatment. The virtual card is single use. Please work with your preferred provider to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that includes all costs known at the time of payment.

How do I know if my provider accepts virtual cards?

If your provider accepts Mastercard, they should be able to accept your virtual card. The provider is not required to have a relationship with LendingPoint.

Can I use the virtual card outside of my Invisalign® provider's office?

The virtual card is limited to use at your dentist's or orthodontist's office.

Can I use the virtual card multiple times?

The virtual card is single use. Please work with your preferred provider to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that includes all costs known at the time of payment.

How long is the virtual card valid from the time it's generated?

The virtual card will expire on the date listed on the card details page, which is about 45 days after the card is generated following your application. If the virtual card expires, you're welcome to re-apply.

Why is the ZIP code on the virtual card different than my address ZIP code?

The ZIP code listed on the virtual card corresponds to LendingPoint and is not related to your personal address. If required, provide the ZIP code printed on the card when providing card information to pay for services rendered.

When is my first payment due?

Your first loan payment is normally due 30 days after you use the virtual card. After you pay your provider using the virtual card, LendingPoint will send you a welcome email with the date your first loan payment is due.

My device has lost network connectivity, do I have to start over?

No, you can pick up where you left off within your My Invisalign account in the app on your device.
